Our goal is to create a space for book lovers to purchase and donate books easily. The profit made will be donated to buy school supplies and construct a library for Ban Huai Rai School in Northern Thailand.
Moreover, by donating books you no longer want and buying second hand books, we reduce the paper waste created from buying new books and throwing away old ones.

I vividly remember finishing my first book ever, The Princess Diaries, which was haphazardly tucked away inside the metal lunchbox I got whilst I was on holiday. That one book has led me on a journey of a lifetime.
As an avid reader, I have always believed in the power of words and our imagination. And while language can be a barrier for many of us, passion for a common cause is the unspoken language that unites us.
Wanting to share the power of books with others, I started The Local Book Club. This is not only a bookstore but a community to promote reading for everyone no matter who you are, where you live, or what language you speak. To do this, I decided that the profit would be given to Baan Huai Rai School to provide school supplies and textbooks for the students. One small step at a time...together
